Hi, I’m Kim Claiborne, founder and owner of Harmony Admin Solutions. You could say I’ve worn a few hats throughout my career—some covered in flour from my days as a fine-dining kitchen manager, some focused on the road as a state-certified driving instructor, and others for managing multi-six-figure businesses. Each role taught me invaluable lessons, from keeping a team running smoothly during a dinner rush to coordinating complex schedules with precision and care.
These experiences equipped me with a unique ability to transform chaos into clarity. I specialize in helping creative entrepreneurs—like architects, graphic designers, and other visionary small business owners—build operational systems that free up their time and make their businesses work for them, not the other way around.
